I brought my ‘23 CRV in for its first scheduled maintenance (oil/filter change, tire rotation, diff oil change) and for the driver’s side mirror to be replaced under warranty. Jay was friendly, pro maintenance (oil/filter change, tire rotation, diff oil change) and for the driver’s side mirror to be replaced under warranty. Jay was friendly, professional, and responsive - he estimated about 1.5 hours for the work to be done which ended up being spot on. The work appears to have been completed competently as far as I can tell. If this visit is a reflection of future visits, I’ll happily bring my CRV to Executive for the life of my ownership. More
