Worst service I have ever received. The mechanics would not admit that they anything wrong. Tied to have the tech fix what they broke only to be meet with unreturned calls. This dealer sent me a coupon for a free oil change with oil and filter included. I took it in for a free oil change and they said I needed new brakes on the front for 420$ I called Firestone got the brakes oil and filter included. I took it in for a free oil change and they said I needed new brakes on the front for 420$ I called Firestone got the brakes for 240$. What was the worst thing was they charged me 30$ for the oil change bc I didn’t get brakes fixed. I said no I have a free oil change and they said you still have to pay for shop supplies. The coupon stated the oil and filter were included. I then ask what shop supplies am I paying for and all they could come up with was shop rags. I know this sounds unreal but this is true. They also said there brake pads were better but the ones I got at Firestone have lifetime warranty. So if I have to have them changed again in the future I only pay 2 hrs labor or 160$ where as Nissan would be another 420$ wow what a big mistake I had been going there for 7 yrs bc I felt taking my car to the dealer would be better. Not true for maintenance use somewhere else. Executive Nissan is the most expensive place I ever seen. I even looked up on internet and the internet said you should expect to pay 150-300 per axle, Nissan is double the price so get pads on front and back for the same price as Nissan wants for the front. Hope this helps someone More
