The service advisor was very knowledgeable and explained what was needed on top of the oil change, new tires were recommended and I agreed. I finally got a chance to inspect the tires after the rains and f what was needed on top of the oil change, new tires were recommended and I agreed. I finally got a chance to inspect the tires after the rains and found the installer did not wipe off the tire lube leaving a white residue on the tires which looks awful. I spoke with Gary and he told me to bring the car back to have the lube wiped off. I’ve had a many of new tires in my day and I never seen tire lube.They must inspect their work before giving to the customer . More
