The last two times I went for an oil change appointment I waited multiple hours for it to be done. The people at the front desk are so nice but because of the 2 previous experiences it makes me so hesitant t waited multiple hours for it to be done. It makes no sense to me that I have a scheduled time and still have to wait hours which both time inconvenienced appointments I had scheduled a couple hours after my oil change due to the long wait.
