A call out to Jeff Martin, a Sales/Leasing Consultant who hit the sweet spot of excellent salesmanship: low drama and high competence, Jeff answered all my questions about safety features, trim-line differences, financing alternatives. He was knowledgeable, patient, never pushing to close the sale. Best of all, Jeff responded quickly to my emails. He’s a good writer whose emails were always clear, to the point, informative and helpful. Overall, Jeff and the entire team at Executive Kia were a pleasure to work with.
