My first experience with Executive Kia was when I submitted an online inquiry for their available cars. Michael responded within the day and was very helpful via email! I felt that Executive Kia woul submitted an online inquiry for their available cars. Michael responded within the day and was very helpful via email! I felt that Executive Kia would be the best dealership for me from that moment. I scheduled an appointment and went in on Monday to meet with Michael and hopefully purchase a new car. Michael was really welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. He understood what I was looking for and was very personable, even sharing his own experiences with purchasing and leasing with Kia. We went for a test drive and I knew I needed to leave with the Kia Rio hatchback. Michael was there every step of the way and I appreciated not being pushed from person to person. He was helpful in deciding between financing and leasing. The entire experience was phenomenal and I look forward to being a customer of Executive Kia for years to come! More
