Mike at Kia made the process straight forward and though (due to circumstances) was mostly virtual he answered every one of my questions via email. Even charted up different prices at different downpayments to make sure I knew how much I would be paying, since I had a budget I wanted to stick with. Overall with Mike and then Kara walking me through the paperwork it was a pretty painless process. Would absolutley recommend! More

The dealership let us test drive the vehicle solo and the negotiati Our car buying experience was extremely easy especially during these trying times. The dealership let us test drive the vehicle solo and the negotiating was done over the phone. Once a deal was agreed upon we simply emailed or scanned our documentation over to them. Upon picking up the car, a clipboard was handed (with sanitizer) over (we used our own pen) and we signed everything while seated in the new car outside the dealership. In 15 minutes we were on the way home. More
