I was completely new to everything happening before me and instead of taking advantage of me in classic "shady car dealer" fashion, he treated me with respect and honesty from the get-go. I was updated immediately via text at each step, and had every question answered accurately and in detail. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I'm certain you know where I'll be going once I grow up enough to afford a brand new Kia Soul. Rick is always available to answer any questions and was there to help when he found out my car was no longer worth fixing. Rick immediately worked out a car rental and started working with Chin to locate a new car. They found one in less than a week. I purchased my Saturn with the help of Chin Chang. He transitioned to Kia and when I needed to buy another vehicle, I didn't hesitate to work with him again. Chin's level of professionalism was demonstrated even in the minor details. My purchasing experience was flawless. Chin took care of all aspects of the process. I had mentioned to him that I was stressed and not feeling well . Chin took lead and I was driving my new car home in under 1 hour. I am enjoying my new car. The Cadenza model is truly an unexpected surprise I feel secure behind the wheel and the extra bells and whistles that came with it are an added bonus.
