There is almost nothing they could have done to make my experience worse. The dealership was horribly unprepared for us to test drive the specific car we were interested in despite us notifying them that w experience worse. When we arrived, the car was dirty and had bumper stickers on it, including one with profanity (it said “sucks dick”). We were ready to purchase the car the day we showed up to test drive it, but left after such an underwhelming and disappointing experience. The only reason we returned was because this specific car was difficult to find, but even through what should have been a quick process of sorting out the paperwork, Andrew managed to make our opinion of Executive Kia even worse by making repeated errors in the paperwork all while insulting and belittling us. Thankfully, we were able to work with other people when we came to pick up the car. Chin and Carlos were the only people we interacted with who were professional and helpful. Chin went above and beyond to ensure the customer experience was satisfactory. More
