To my surprise, the service rep confidently promised it would be ready in just a few hours—even though I brought it in later in the day. I was skeptical but impressed when they delivered on that promise. What truly stood out was the rep’s deep knowledge of EVs. Most service reps I’ve dealt with have limited understanding of electric vehicles, but not this one. His expertise on both EVs and the specific recalls was refreshing and reassuring, especially in this era of evolving automotive technology. This dealership is the gold standard for customer service. They could easily serve as a model for how service departments should treat their customers. Honestly, they deserve a service excellence award. More
