There is a different Kia dealership much closer to my home. When i was looking for a "service home" for my Kia, i checked the way both dealerships responded to their customers who had a problem. Executiv home. When i was looking for a "service home" for my Kia, i checked the way both dealerships responded to their customers who had a problem. Adam was nice and seemed eager to check all the boxes on his list of responsibility.. I think he’s a bit of a loud talker but that could just be his personality… I asked him where the restroom was & he pers his list of responsibility.. I think he’s a bit of a loud talker but that could just be his personality… I asked him where the restroom was & he personally walked me to the waiting area then very loudly pointed to the restroom & said “ the bathroom is right over there”.. I was embarrassed as there were a few people in the room at the time. He also walked me to my car at the end of service, that would’ve been nice if he hadn’t mentioned it was apart of his check list.
