The service is absolutely horrendous. Katie who works in service in Wallingford Ct, is absolutely horrible on all counts. I’m missing my antenna off my car. She’s yet to respond about it. After my car sat there for almost three months because of a brake line recall, the car is in deplorable condition. Kia is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with cars. And definitely do not recommend their car or going to their stores. Especially in Wallingford. Katie definitely should not be in customer service. Home girl attitude is disgusting. More

Nice people, very expensive compared to my husband’s mechanic. I just had 60,000 miles work done , new tires , new battery . They did give me a refund for my battery which I appreciate . I just think I mechanic. I just had 60,000 miles work done , new tires , new battery . They did give me a refund for my battery which I appreciate . I just think I can only afford oil changes. I was supposed to get my brakes done in October, I canceled . My husband’s mechanic will do it for $250 less. More
