We were pleased with our experience with Exeter Subaru except for the price of the car. We will have to put money into the car to fix the kinks - we were hoping that this would have been taken into consideration when negotiating the price, but it was not and the price was not dropped at all. To have taken 100-300 dollars off would have made us more satisfied with our purchase because it would have allowed us some money to play with to pay for the repairs. More

Our experience with Exeter Subaru was great! Karisa was extremely helpful and informative. There was no pressure when we wanted to walk away and discuss the car after our first meeting. I recently purchased a Subaru Legacy from Exeter Subaru and worked with their sales person Christian Lydon. Christian was unbelievable in his knowledge not only of the Subaru line (and it's ins and outs and worked with their sales person Christian Lydon. Christian was unbelievable in his knowledge not only of the Subaru line (and it's ins and outs), but of automobiles and their technology industry wide. His patience for all of my questions and concerns was quite frankly a very rare thing in today's world. Most employees in modern America are generally people who just show up at their 9-5 job and could care less about actually helping a customer and building the overall reputation of the company that they work for. As a business owner I found this an amazing and refreshing experience and Christian is certainly in the 1% category of modern employees who actually treat their job as an integral component of their life properly balanced in with their family life. Our banter regarding family and kids, values, and so on certainly showed me that his concern for the customer reaches beyond the individual buyer and includes a focus on what their needs may be in a vehicle to accommodate one's family. I could write more, but I think this should be enough information for anyone who's looking for a Subaru and is trying to figure out which dealership and especially which sales person to deal with! At no point, did I feel the usual pressure one often feels when walking into a car dealer which was very refreshing and much appreciated. Upon agreeing to buy the car, the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently and the car was delivered on time as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Exeter Subaru to any of my friends. More

I had the best car buying experience ever at Exeter Subaru with the help of salesman Ryan Kelly. After trying to talk to a salesperson at a Toyota dealership in the area for over an hour ( all tied up Subaru with the help of salesman Ryan Kelly. After trying to talk to a salesperson at a Toyota dealership in the area for over an hour ( all tied up in a Saturday sales incentive meeting ) and then having the sales person I had worked with on a previous sale make eye contact with me and turn and leave the building to smoke cigarettes in his car I left to do some shopping at Exeter Subaru on that rainy day. Ryan approached me umbrella in hand wanting to know if I had any questions about the Subaru line up and if he could be of any help. His manner was friendly, helpful and he impressed me because he really seemed that he wanted to help me find the right car for my needs. After listening to my list of needs in a car he made a suggestion that if I was open to it to try driving several models that seemed right. Ryan spent plenty of time going over the options and features of the models we test drove and then we sat down to talk price. I drove the hardest deal I have ever pushed for and sent Ryan back to the sales manager four times until the deal was done. I feel that Ryan stepped up for me to make this sale happen and at no time did I feel pressured. I would not hesitate to recommend Exeter Subaru and salesman Ryan Kelly. More

When I brought my car in for servicing 2 weeks ago, I spoke to John about an article my husband saw in Drive magazine about the great trade in value of Subaru. We were curious about the program and what the possibilities were. John gave me some information and followed up with a letter 2 days later. My husband and I went back to see him a few days after and were impressed not only with the 2011s but also with John's presentation and knowledge about Subaru. He listened and fit us into a car that meets our needs. More
I have been in the market for a pre-owned (newer) vehicle for several months. I visited many dealerships on the Seacoast and found Exeter Subaru to be one of the best. Johnathan Sughrue came out and greeted me as I was walking through the lot after the dealership had closed for the evening. He was great in working with my schedule to find a time that would work for me to test drive a vehicle. During the test drive, he was warm, funny and honest about the many questions I had about the vehicle. I was impressed he opened up the hood and described parts of the engine as most dealers assume that a woman would not be interested in learning about it. He listened to the qualities I was looking for in a vehicle and was committed to helping me find the right match. I did end up choosing another brand of car as the Subaru I was interested in was out of my price range. However, Johnathan impressed me and Exeter Subaru would be my first choice if I were in the market for an Outback in the future. More
