Thank you for trying to reach out. However after trying to resolve this through several emails to the customer service and service manager..radio silence. I do not wish to keep wasting my time with this. This was horrible. It wasn’t until someone that had nothing to do with the situation to try and make it right. However, the other staff was rude and the customer service was awful.
