Too many trips to correct problem. Check engine light on, multiple visits, thousands of dollars spent and not sure it’s fixed... time will tell. Frustrating! Especially today, sealed a Check engine light on, multiple visits, thousands of dollars spent and not sure it’s fixed... time will tell. Frustrating! Especially today, sealed a gasket and charged $58.65 for appt. and labor ( no parts) after I’ve spent over $3,000.00 on sensors, catalytic converter, on board computer, etc. all on the same problem, check engine light on... it’s not the money, but just the principle. A day after my review, I’ve received a response from this dealer and I appreciate their concern for my issues. Let me be clear, this is a top notch service facility and the staff is friendly and helpful. I realize solutions for automotive problems are not always evident, and that my experience at this dealership is likely an exception and not the rule. I won’t hesitate to return for future service. The reason I would not “recommend” them is because I wouldn’t want to feel responsible if someone had a problem that could not be easily resolved, that their experience might be as mine has been, and to have it all reflect back on me. More
