incomplete quote When I called to schedule the purchase and programming of a new key/fob for an 01 Durango, I was quoted $83 parts and just over $40 for labor. After the work work was done, I was presented a bill for $236 and told that the fob was an additional $99. I was also told that since the fob was already programmed, I had no choice but to pay. They did make a big deal of giving me %10 off because of any 'confusion'. More
