3 visits to try to find why I get “smart key malfunction” on my dash when trying to use fob to remote start my vehicle. 9:30 apt and got out at 12:15, and they couldn’t even find the message on my dash. Almost every time I’ve brought my car to Expressway Toyota I’ve had to make return visits. I could not recommend having your vehicle serviced here and I now feel trapped after purchasing a 2yr maintenance package here. I have been happy with my face to face interactions, but the service itself has been disappointing to say the least. More
