HELD HOSTAGE AT THE DEALERSHIP We went to Fair Oaks on a Saturday which was the first mistake. We felt like hostages unable to leave because it was the end of the quarter. A visit t We went to Fair Oaks on a Saturday which was the first mistake. We felt like hostages unable to leave because it was the end of the quarter. A visit to buy a car lasted 5 hours and really should have taken 2. When we wanted to see more cars, they were buried in inventory and they probably needed a few more porters to help with getting to the cars. While we are happy with what we purchased, I am not sure it was the best option because it took too long to get to the inventory. So was that a bait and switch? Not sure. The redeeming part was working with Zach who appeared to do his best when not running around trying to get answers. If you care about customer service - PROVIDE IT. Make the experience something that is pleasant. More
