As a loyal Lincoln and Ford customer I found a list of Lincoln and Ford dealerships online. It was my intention to shop around and compare vehicles at a few Lincoln and Ford dealerships in the area before making a decision. The selection and staff at Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln were unbelievable! They not only had a great selection of vehicles but sales people that were very helpful without being hovering or high pressure. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns, The salesman knew the vehicles features and was most helpful through the whole process. A ruby Red MKC caught my eye and the Sales Team and I worked out a price that was agreed upon. I have purchased several vehicles over the years from many Ford and Lincoln Dealerships and have never experienced such a quick and easy purchase process, The whole process was quick and effortless. The dealership explained the additional options, service department and vehicle warranty. I was informed of Lincoln's four year vehicle warranty and very impressed that a vehicle drop off and pickup service was included in the warranty. It's great to get a vehicle loaner if service is needed but awesome to know that the dealership will bring out a loaner Lincoln and take the vehicle in for service if needed, bring my vehicle back to me and pick up the loaner. Talk about great service - that sold me. I was informed that the Service Department had a great reputation and had received several service awards over the past few years, Originally, I had not planned on purchasing the vehicle when I visited the dealership so I made arrangements to pickup the vehicle later in the week. When I arrived at the dealership to take delivery of the vehicle it was cleaned parked out in front and waiting for me. I met the salesman Vince who was amazing. He went through all of the vehicles features and settings. He helped set up my cell phone and explained the Sync3 system. Sync3 is a great improvement over the previous sync systems. Vince even explained the process of downloading the Android Auto app on my cell phone to set up the navigation system in the Sync3 system. Vince even put the plates on the vehicle for me and offered helpful information on the best way to get out of the dealership and across Ogden Avenue. It's truly great when you can leave the dealership knowing the features on the vehicle and being able to use all of the great features without spending a lot of time looking at the internet you tube videos or thumbing through the owners manual. After driving my new MKC for a few weeks now I can say that I absolutely love it!! And I can say that I would definitely recommend Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln as an awesome place to find and purchase your next vehicle. More

Peg and I recommend that the first thing you should do after you arrive is to get acquainted with the Truck Manager Clint Schreiber. Don’t worry he also sells cars (we have purchased 2). What is important is that he is a nice guy, friendly and very knowlgeable about cars, trucks and Fair Oaks inventory. He will be pleased to share this knowledge with you no matter how long it takes. For example, for the past year we discussed trading in our F150. So I spent many hours discussing and looking at Lincolns with Clint without him ever pressuring me to buy one. Well Peg recently discovered a new 2017 Reserve Continental that she really liked and at a price we could not turn down. Serious learning was necessitated by the number of operating controls. Clint went over these with us individually and together. I met with him 3 times, the dealership will be happy to meet with you as many times as necessary. There is another situation that demonstrates that Clint is super salesman and a gentleman. Our niece’s car in Oklahoma City was totaled. To make a long story short, she had negotiated the price of a Ford and inquired as to the financing with her CU. Since she was visiting, she sent the info to us. We shared this information when visiting with Clint. His comment was we have the same car. He got us (her) a better price and better financing than she would have gotten in Oklahoma City! More
