We didn't have to wait hours to finalize with the finance person (Steve) either. Steve was super friendly and got us in and out quickly. No pressure to purchase any finance products. Jonathan and Serafin helped explain the features of the car and were extremely knowledgeable. This was by far the most positive car buying experience I've had. He gave us a lot of different options in our price range and let us test drive the cars, even without him in the car, which provided us time to discuss our options without the pressure of a sale. We compared our price against several other websites (including the blue book value) and feel confident we got a great deal.
