Jeremy was knowledgeable about the vehicles, and was able to find us what we were looking for and within our price range. Between Jeremy and Steve the paperwork process was the fastest of any dealership I've ever been to, and were both friendly throughout. Jeremy helped finish the car setup and sent us on our way. Nice little perks too - small tool kit, dash towel, drawstring bag, tire pressure gauge - none necessary, but sometimes it's the little things. More

I sent an internet request to Fair Oaks Ford for more information on a Ford Escape SE. Within minutes, I received an e-mail from Craig Holsman thanking me for my interest and he followed up with a phone call to discuss our needs/wants. He answered all of my questions/concerns and quickly arranged for us to come in for a test drive that evening. Craig would be out of the office when we arrived so he prearranged Brandon Caudill to assist us. Brandon was waiting to take care of us from the moment we arrived. A "no-pressure" experience This was my second F-150 purchase in the last couple years, and I spent quite a bit of time shopping around at local dealerships. Craig was by far the This was my second F-150 purchase in the last couple years, and I spent quite a bit of time shopping around at local dealerships. Craig was by far the best salesperson I dealt with during the process. He was extremely responsive and always available, and never once pressured me into making an immediate decision like the salespeople from the other dealerships did. Craig made sure that he understood what I was looking for, what options I wanted, and then found the right truck for me. The day that I took delivery of my new truck, the process was quick and everyone was extremely friendly. They even took the time to introduce me to people in the different departments at the dealership, and I left with a handy little goody bag with some great items for my new truck. I will say that I ended up financing through my credit union rather than the dealership. By doing so, I saved several hundred off of my monthly payment on the truck I wanted vs. what the finance team here offered me for a lesser truck. This wasn't a major issue, and in the end I ended up with a great truck at a great payment thanks to Craig and my credit union! More
