My first visit was in mid Novemb I purchased a 2017 MKX at the end of December. It was great to work with Chris Policarpio and the rest of the team. My first visit was in mid November at which time I was not ready to buy. When I told Chris I was just looking for information and a test drive, he did not push the sale and spent a couple of hours with me getting the information that I was looking for and a test drive.
