My Best Car Buying Experience I cannot speak highly enough for the buying experience I had with Dan Buzdugan and John Krajnovich at Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln. Dan made the process so I cannot speak highly enough for the buying experience I had with Dan Buzdugan and John Krajnovich at Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln. Dan made the process so smooth and headache free, we could not believe we were buying a car. We have had more problems picking up a special order item at Kohls, than picking up our wonderful Ford Explorer. My wife, like most women, buy products based on aesthetics. If it's not pretty, she will not buy it. Her preferred color combination was not available when we first came into the dealership, but within a couple of hours, Dan was able to locate a vehicle in the color combination with all the bells and whistles my wife desired. Amazing service and attention to detail. When we came in the next day to close the deal, we were expecting to be at the dealership at least 4-5 hours, but Dan and John had us in our car going through technology in less than hour. It was truly the best car buying experience we have ever had, Dan and John and Fair Oaks Ford Lincoln have clients for life. I have already recommended them to all of my friends.
