Craig had us in the car we wanted at the right price, Brandon showed us everything we needed to know and answered all our questions, and then we spent but 20 minutes in Finance signing papers and getting the deal done. I will definitely buy from them again. More

Greatest people and beautiful vehicles! I had a great experience at Fair Oaks! My salesperson and his manager worked with me to get me in a fabulous car! I was greeted by everyone with love I had a great experience at Fair Oaks! My salesperson and his manager worked with me to get me in a fabulous car! I was greeted by everyone with love and respect each time I came. I searched the lot without being crowded and pressured and felt like apart of the family! I had rece The dealership and sales staff was very professional and helpful in making a deal work to my approval in a very reasonable period of time. I had received a phone call from the dealership asking if I would be interested in exchanging my existing vehicle which I had purchase from Fair Oaks for a newer one. I was already going to be bringing my vehicle in for an oil change service. So I agreed to an appointment with the sales staff at the same time. I selected the vehicle I was interested in with the specific options and took a test drive. I then requested them to work up the numbers and provide me with a trade in value. They came up with a very workable deal on a lease for a 2016 Ford Edge and a good trade in value for my 2012 Ford Escape. This whole process took about 2.5 hours to be out the door with my new vehicle. I have purchased 3 previous vehicles at this dealership as well as assisting my son in purchasing a vehicle and their service and personal attention has always been excellent. They also have an excellent service department which I have used for several years. More

Excellent Salesmen... Excellent Service Craig Holsman and Jeremy Bloom are the two best sales team at Fair Oaks Ford. They took the stress out of purchasing a new car, kept their promise and made it fun!!! Craig continually worked with us until both of us can agree on a fair price. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and patiently explained the features and provided step by step instruction on how each feature worked. He also set up some of the features before we drove away!!! Both these men are very professional and never once came across as a shady salesman!!! I would highly recommend them both to my friends and family and I would also return to purchase another vehicle from them!!!! More
