In and out in a few hours Buying a new car can be such a painful experience, but our experience with this dealership and our salesperson went really well. We trekked to Fair O Buying a new car can be such a painful experience, but our experience with this dealership and our salesperson went really well. We trekked to Fair Oaks from Dekalb because we were able to get a better price. Everything was straightforward. No haggling or aggressive sales tactics. The finance manager had us in and out of his office in about 20 minutes. It couldn't have gone smoother for us. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating too. Great work! More

Customer Service at it's Best! I was in a bad situation with a few months left on a leased vehicle where I had severely gone over my miles. I knew I was going to be screwed with bei I was in a bad situation with a few months left on a leased vehicle where I had severely gone over my miles. I knew I was going to be screwed with being so upside-down however Gio and the Finance Manager worked a miracle to get me in a brand new car at a great terms. Gio completely understood my needs, recommended the correct vehicle, made sure I understood all of my options and provided amazing customer service. Dan Buzdugan was knowledgeable about trucks and listened more than he talked. He took us to just the right truck and let us fall in love with it. As we finished transaction he took care of getting the truck ready for delivery, introduced me to everyone from sales manager, to cashier, to service the service manager, each of whom was extremely friendly and willing to help with any future questions or needs. As I took delivery, Dan took a picture of me with my new truck as a fitting end of the "sales" process. I've never had such a feeling of warmth and attention from a car dealership.
