I had received a phone call from the dealership asking if I would be interested in exchanging my existing vehicle which I had purchase from Fair Oaks for a newer one. I was already going to be bringing my vehicle in for an oil change service. So I agreed to an appointment with the sales staff at the same time. I selected the vehicle I was interested in with the specific options and took a test drive. I then requested them to work up the numbers and provide me with a trade in value. They came up with a very workable deal on a lease for a 2016 Ford Edge and a good trade in value for my 2012 Ford Escape. This whole process took about 2.5 hours to be out the door with my new vehicle. I have purchased 3 previous vehicles at this dealership as well as assisting my son in purchasing a vehicle and their service and personal attention has always been excellent. They also have an excellent service department which I have used for several years. More
