I had a vehicle that needed significant work so and it was time - so I purchased my new Explorer. Because the service center is so accommodating and helpful I don't dread going to the dealership or service center. They have coffee (refreshments); I've able to work in a waiting room environment which is accommodating - in fact, their waiting room is clean, inviting and large enough to feel comfortable (not cramped). I've worked for hours (3 or 4) waiting on my vehicle, a few times. Fair Oakes is that accommodating. Thank you. More
