I had a vehicle that needed significant work so and it was time - so I purchased my new Explorer My vehicle was purchased at Fair Oakes "NEW" in 2012. I had a vehicle that needed significant work so and it was time - so I purchased my new Explorer. Because the service center is so accommodating and helpful I don't dread going to the dealership or service center. They have coffee (refreshments); I've able to work in a waiting room environment which is accommodating - in fact, their waiting room is clean, inviting and large enough to feel comfortable (not cramped). I've worked for hours (3 or 4) waiting on my vehicle, a few times. Fair Oakes is that accommodating. Thank you. More

On short notice he brought the car over from a different lot on a busy Saturday afternoon so we could take it for a test drive. Very friendly and accommodating if you're car shopping with small children. I had a cranky 1 year old with me and he never missed a beat despite a few random temper tantrums and at least one meltdown. Great Dealership! This is my 4th purchase from Craig Holsman and Fair Oaks Ford and as I've come to expect, Craig stops at nothing to find the vehicle I'm after. In fact my New F-150 was located in Iowa about 3 hours away and Craig made the arrangements to get the truck back to Naperville in a timely manner. Robert Wojtan was very responsive when making arrangements to have some additional items taken care of with my new F-150. Robert actually responded to a message I left him on his day off which says a lot about the way this dealership operates, in fact the first day Craig and I went back and forth for over 12 hours before calling it a day. The length of time was due to the fact I was interested in both the Ford F-150 and the Ford Escape and it wasn't easy getting a F-150 with the features I wanted in the color I requested especially because I wanted a 2014 rather than the current 2015 model. John Roncone was able to get me an excellent rate on the loan and he got me in and out of his office in a timely manner. Brandon did a great job running through the features of the truck prior to my departure.
