Great Car Buying Experience I had spent several weeks looking to purchase a new car. It is such a big decision especially since I keep my cars for at least 10 years, that's a lo I had spent several weeks looking to purchase a new car. It is such a big decision especially since I keep my cars for at least 10 years, that's a long time to have a car I may not like, not to mention the expense. I researched domestic and imported cars extensively, I watched You Tube videos on the cars I was interested in. I found the Escape and did research, went to test drive it at Fair Oaks (I researched the dealership also for good reviews). Well, this car is everything I was looking for, and to top it all off, I felt welcomed by my salesperson Craig Holsman along with the Management people John Rancone and Robert Wojtan. I know that making a major purchase shouldn't be considered entertaining, but dare I say it, I HAD FUN! Everyone was so helpful, even down to the wonderful Junior Salesman, Ryan Holsman. Bad situation turned into Great Experience I was in a really bad situation because I had a blown engine in a vehicle that I still had payments on. My finances weren't pretty and I needed a car. I was in a really bad situation because I had a blown engine in a vehicle that I still had payments on. My finances weren't pretty and I needed a car. I inquired online about a used vehicle that the dealership had on the lot. Craig emailed me with information about himself, the dealership and their vehicles. He followed up with a phone call and took his time listening to my car/finance situation and what exactly I needed to get done. He said he would work on it and get back to me. A few hours later I received an email from him with a few different options - vehicles,prices, payments, etc. I asked him to run a few more options and he did. I went into the dealership the next day and worked with Craig and Kevin. They were completely professional and went out of their way to treat me well. They spent time going over my options, helped me pick a model that would work for my needs personally and financially. I picked the vehicle, test drove it and completed the deal within a few hours. What I thought was going to be a huge struggle turned out to be a wonderful car buying experience. I am very happy with the service I received at Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln. I did not get rushed or pressured into purchasing anything that I did not want or couldn't afford. He was extremely patient with me and went over the information. He went above and beyond to help me get on my own insurance as well. He really did an amazing job. Once I found the right car, bob was next to talk to. He was funny, and really informative with the warranty along with Jeff. They all worked together and helped me. Overall I was able to receive certain things that that the other dealers were not offering me. I just turned 21, and this was my first time buying a car, I would highly recommend everyone to go to them. More

Wonderful Buying Experience Serafin is a wonderful salesperson to work with. He has sold my wife her last two cars, and has now sold our family a third in the past decade. We were into the dealership three separate times over a two week period as we evaluated the Fusion against other similar mid-sized models. Throughout the process, he was there to help answer questions that we both had, while at the same time not pressuring us into making a decision one way or another. After we found the car we wanted, we did ask him to take a day to think about it, and he completely understood. There was no last minute sales pitch to try and pressure us into buying the car. Clearly we purchased the vehicle that we had settled on, and it was due to his no-pressure approach that we were so comfortable with the entire process. He arranged for a dealer locate for the car we wanted. It ended up that the specific vehicle we were looking to buy had been sold prior to him being able to secure it for us; however, he was able to work with the management staff at the dealer to help offset the additional cost of the similar car we ended up purchasing. I would definitely recommend working with him to anyone I know, and will refer those in our area who are searching for a new car to visit Fair Oaks Ford, and work with Serafin to complete their purchase. I also can tell that he treats all of the customers he works with the same way he treated my wife and I. More

We were there for her to help negotiate and just make sure she wasn't "taken" - but even if we weren't there, I know that Paul would have had her best interest at heart.
