Great buying experience I saw the ad on the internet and made an appointment with Craig Holsman. Went to the Fair Oaks Ford dealer in Naperville. After the introduction I was I saw the ad on the internet and made an appointment with Craig Holsman. Went to the Fair Oaks Ford dealer in Naperville. After the introduction I was offered to test drive the Ford Edge I saw on the internet. I was more than satisfied with the ride and we sat down to discuss pricing. It was all laid out with no hidden surprises. The quote was better than anything I was offered at other dealerships. I was offered a fair price for my trade in. My wife and I happily signed all the paperwork and went on to drive the new Ford Edge home. The whole staff were all very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend Craig and Fair Oaks to all that want to purchase a new car, I was actually happy the write the check out. VERY happy with the Ford Edge. Thanks Craig More

Outstanding Sales Experience I initially submitted a quote request through Autocars and Autobytel to several dealers in the area for a variety of makes and models. Craig was the first to respond and also the most upfront about giving me quotes on the model and options I was looking for. As I narrowed down my selection I went in and met with Josh for a test drive of a new Fusion Hybrid. The test drive experience was simple, quick, and easy. While I had already purchased a car previously from Fair Oak Ford, the simple, low pressure test drive experience helped me make my decision. Craig was able to locate and obtain very close to the exact features I wanted, and had the car brought in. When I went to purchase the car on 10/29, I was a bit disorganized due to having been at a doctor's appointment and having to drop off of rental car just before coming to the dealer. Josh VERY patiently walked us through the sale and dealt with the missing items I had forgot to bring along. I don't think I have ever put a salesperson through as much disorganization as I did Josh, and I want to commend him for really great service during the sale. On a 1 to 10 scale I give him an 11! More
