I contacted Craig and we negotiated a price immediately. Craig was not available when I was for the test drive and purchase, so he had me meet with Jeremy. I couldn't be more pleased than to work with Jeremy. What a great guy!! Actually, everyone I worked with at Fair Oaks was wonderful. I went to the dealer on my own and they were very understanding and patient regarding my reluctance for some things. I would definitely recommend Fair Oaks Ford and will be back when I choose to buy another Ford product. More

Car Purchase @ Fair Oaks Ford I purchased a 2014 Ford Edge at Fair Oaks Ford on June 2, 2014. Compared with other new car buying experiences, this was outstanding. Craig Holsman I purchased a 2014 Ford Edge at Fair Oaks Ford on June 2, 2014. Compared with other new car buying experiences, this was outstanding. Craig Holsman was the gentleman who worked with me to trade my old car for a new Edge. He was personable, never pushy and very straight-forward when discussing the trade-in allowance and new car price. Not only did he explain it well, he showed me the figures on his computer; helpful for a visual learner such as myself; and explained three different finance plans available through Ford Credit.. He worked to find the exact car I wanted, in Michigan, and quickly made arrangements for it delivery. He then kept me informed of when to expect its arrival at the dealership. As Craig was not working on the day I picked up the car, Paul Litwicki stood in for him at the delivery process on an early Saturday morning. Paul was expecting me, and made the paperwork and review of the car quick and thorough. Again, I was comfortable and felt well served. Finally, John Roncone, took care of the finance work. It was a professional, straight forward process with no surprises. I look forward to working with Fair Oaks Ford in the coming years as we maintain my car. Great experience... AGAIN I recently came into the Fair Oaks Ford dealership to look at options of trading in my Focus for a new one. I adored my last car, and I got a new car I recently came into the Fair Oaks Ford dealership to look at options of trading in my Focus for a new one. I adored my last car, and I got a new car -- just like my last one -- just with some upgrades... exactly what I wanted to do. The staff is always so helpful and willing to put up with my quirky requests. I worked with Jeremy Bloom, again, and I would recommend him to anyone! Fair Oaks Ford 6/2/14 I went in to meet with Craig Holsman since he was the one on the internet that said he could help me and to come see him. When I got there, I could s I went in to meet with Craig Holsman since he was the one on the internet that said he could help me and to come see him. When I got there, I could see he was sitting in his office talking on speaker phone to someone. He proceeded to tell the salesman that he was busy and for the salesman to help me. Not even an I will be out in a minute, or who is here to see me. This was the most irritating part of the whole experience, and I almost walked out. He was new there and was having difficulties locating vehicles, but he did everything in his power to find what I wanted to look at. We went out to the lot several times, made phone calls, and used the internet website to locate vehicles. He worked with me on price once I found the vehicle that I wanted and was very extremely friendly. He did tell me that he was going to have to split the sale with Craig since Craig was the one that I talked with. I do not believe this to be fair because all Craig did was confirm that a vehicle was there through an email ( the funny part is that the vehicle was on their other lot, so Craig did not do his research). I never even met Craig the whole time I was there. Thank you to all the other staff at Fair Oaks for being there and for being so friendly. I cant tell you how many times I was offered something to eat or drink. If you are looking to buy a car or truck from them, do not deal with the internet and Craig, just go in!! The salesman are knowledgeable and willing to work with you. More

Great buying experience with Ryan Holsman I stopped by to see if they had any used Ford Escapes, but my intent was to go on to the Hyundai dealership and look for a Santa Fe. Fair Oaks had a good selection of Escapes, and two were particularly attractive. Ryan checked their inventory and found another strong option for us at their used car superstore and drove over and let me test drive that car as well. At the end of the test drive, he asked what it would take to get a purchase completed today. I made him an offer that he agreed to. We went back to his office, and he helped work with his managers to make the deal happen. We then spoke with Robert Wotjan, Customer Relations Manager, who made me feel even more comfortable with my decision. The finance manager, John Roncone, was quick, accurate and easy to work with. All in all, a great first time buying experience! More
