In fact, that is the sole reason we went here. We talked to several other Ford dealers and they seemed much more shady. When we brought up the fact that another dealer had a lower sales tax because of his location, Craig offset the price even more to keep our business. To us, that was what set him apart. When we went in to sign the paperwork after our truck came in, we talked to another sales person that we didn't care for as much. We felt he had less customer-relation skills, but nevertheless still friendly. More

Clint came over to my boyfriend and myself as we walked in and listened to me describe what I was thinking about, and suggested we take a look at what they had in the lot. He described the differences between each - the SE, the Titanium, et al - and then grabbed keys for a test drive once I'd picked out the model I liked. He was very receptive to what I wanted to do in terms of the finance piece of the process, and was a pleasure to work with. I spoke with a few other people as I went through the purchase process, but Clint was a huge help throughout. Just bought my new Ford Fusion Hybrid! I visited the Fair Oaks Ford dealer while i was looking for a new car. I had already visited others in the area and I had planned to go to a differen I visited the Fair Oaks Ford dealer while i was looking for a new car. I had already visited others in the area and I had planned to go to a different Ford dealer but, since I wanted to look at both the Lincoln MKZ and the Ford Fusion hybrids, I thought this would be a good place to stop. Jeremy was friendly and trusting right off the bat. I never got the feeling i was a fish on a hook and I never was turned away. I kept looking at other cars but i kept coming back to Fair Oaks. I returned twice with each of my two daughters in tow…I rely on their opinion…and they were impressed as well. In the end, I checked one more dealer and came back again to Fair Oaks ALMOST ready to buy. Jeremy was busy with appointments but still made time to meet with me and show me all the cars he had on the lot that would fit my specifications (wants, must haves and must nots). I was sold and everyone helped out on a busy Friday night. I stayed until the deal was done and they all hung in there with me. Thank you all. More
