Looking for a Car We were car hunting and had gone to several dealerships already. We saw a Crossover,(Ford Edge, which we were looking for), on the internet. It was a used car, nice looking, low mileage, and within our budget. We called Fair Oaks and spoke with Mr Santoro to inquire about it. He had called us several times with information we requested. After all of our questions were answered and everything sounded good. We told him we are on our way. Mr. Santoro was very friendly when he greeted us. He offered us refreshments and he told us the car was waiting just outside the doors to go for a test drive. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. That will be our car dealership in the future. We will recommend Fair Oaks to our friends and family. More

They also threw in a bunch of extras and cut me a break on extended warranties and protection. They worked with me very closely on finding the right price to fit my budget. I did not have to haggle with prices. They also took the time to carefully show me how the new computer system works inside the vehicle, as well as all the new features. And I was in and out of the dealership with a new purchase very quickly - this was not a whole day process. I am very much satisfied with the entire experience and I recommend this dealership with the highest regards! More

Great Customer Service Craig provided great customer service throughout the car buying process making it seem like he is always working. He was very responsive whether I reached out to him late at night, early in the morning, when he was working from home and on his days off. When I started the process with him I was intending to visit at least one other dealership but after our first meeting I knew whatever I decided to purchase I would be buying it from him. Craig listened to what I wanted, found vehicles that fit my criteria and I truly believe gave me the best price available in our area for comparable vehicles. Also, Fair Oaks personnel worked very well together and were more than willing to help complete my purchase. Brandon Green assisted Craig with my test drives and delivery of the vehicle and Rod Foertsch was more than willing to walk me out into the snowy lot one evening to see the interior of a vehicle when Craig and Brandon weren't there. When I got there the salesman Clint came out to see if we needed help right away. I did not have to go find someone. Clint was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mustang and the options available. After the test drive we were offered something to drink and or snack on while we waited a very short time to get the loan approved. Everything after that happened quickly and without any problems. I WAS ONE OF THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. More
