I went to the dealership with the idea of "getting to know" the Ford Taurus. For the past 3 years I had been driving the Lincoln MKS which I thoroughly enjoyed. I asked for Jeremy Bloom because he had helped my wife 2 months ago terminate her lease on a 2010 Lincoln MKT and get into a 2013 Lincoln MKT. Jeremy was assisting another customer so the staff at Fair Oaks made sure my wife and I were comfortable while we waited. I test drove both the 2014 Taurus and 2014 MKS and was impressed with both. Jeremy pointed out the pros and cons of each car I test drove which helped me with my final purchase decision. I wound up purchasing the Taurus. More

English is not my wife's first language, so for her to understand him and feel satisfied with his answers is a major accomplishment. 3.
