Steve Trudnos was a superb salesman. He obviously was watching for our arrival as he immediately greeted us upon are arrival actually meeting us outside the showroom doors. He had everything ready and waiting and was extremely patient with me, the customer, as he explained all the functions of the Edge. There are so many technical things to learn and he went over everything (more than once in some cases) as he explained to me how everything worked. He also has made himself available to me by providing me with his phone numbers (including cell) in case I would have any difficulty or need further explanation in the future. He truly is a nice, personable salesman who I trusted and dealing with car salesmen I think that should speak volumes as he represents FORD and the Fair Oaks dealership. I would definitely recommend Fair Oaks Ford and Steve Trudnos to anybody looking to buy a vehicle. More
