All of the employees with whom we had contact were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the process was not unnecessarily/overly lengthy. I purchased several vehicles from Fair Oaks during the past 15 years and I have worked with Craig via email and phone every time. If Fair Oaks doesn't have your car on their lot Craig will find it quickl past 15 years and I have worked with Craig via email and phone every time. If Fair Oaks doesn't have your car on their lot Craig will find it quickly and deliver it within days. Working with Craig and, more recently, Serafin has always been an enjoyable experience and I have always been treated in a professional manner. I know that I will receive a fair deal on every purchase (I never felt this way when working with other Ford dealers in the area). I would definitely recommend Craig, Serafin and Fair Oaks Ford to anyone looking for a new car. More

Steve Trudnos was very knowledgeable, yet laid back. There was absolutely no pressure or hurry through any of our questions. He explained everything about the process ahead of time, and everything went There was absolutely no pressure or hurry through any of our questions. At the end, Steve stayed on to explain all the gizmos on the dashboard, even though it was an hour past his quitting. His phone follow-up is great, and he was very available and cooperative after the sale was finished. I recommend the entire staff at Fair Oaks without reservation. More
