Less than Satisfied I first called the service center because I received a letter from Ford that there was a recall on my Ford Escape. He told me they would order the par I first called the service center because I received a letter from Ford that there was a recall on my Ford Escape. He told me they would order the parts and call me when they came in to schedule a time to do the repairs. That was March 13. The next thing you know it is May and no one has ever called me so I called them. He said the parts were on back order since so many people had the recall. He was going to check and call me back. Finally in June I called again, I said my car needs inspected by the end of June I was hoping you could get the parts for the recall and inspect my car at the same time. He said, Oh yeah, bring it in next week. Now he can suddenly get the parts! After I had been waiting since March for someone to call me. I understand the places get busy, but I had just bought my car there only 7 months earlier and I felt that I should have received much better service than that, More
