2 for 2 oil changes with my $42k golf R and they got oil everywhere under my hood. I even went as far as to ask the service rep to ask the tech to be extra careful. He apologized and offered a free car wash everywhere under my hood. I even went as far as to ask the service rep to ask the tech to be extra careful. He apologized and offered a free car wash. However, upon receipt of my washed car, I discovered oil all over my timing cover, coil pack 1, valve cover, PCV and associated vacuum lines, engine cover mount, intake manifold, wiper cowl, expansion reservoir, headlamp and inner fender where it meets the strut tower. Maybe it's just my luck and both days were take your child to work days. More

Salesman was excellent, came right out to the lot when we got out of our car. He was very informative, and accommodating to all questions. He was encouraging NOT PUSHY ! Worked very hard to give us & Ford the best fair deal. It was in a reasonable time. The finance girl was amazing, sharp & very efficient. Our last few vehicles we could not seem to deal in the Susquehanna Valley at any Ford dealer and usually we ended up going to Simmons Rockwell in New York to purchase an auto. We were to another Ford dealer in the Williamsport area a week or two ago, they would not deal, never even called us after a day or two later. Really glad we came here before going to New York.
