Good Timely Service I was only in for an oil change/tire rotation and I did have them look at the spare tire lock, which doesn't work. The service took about an hour. I was very concerned however, that no staff and no customers were wearing masks and there was no social distancing. The waiting room was full. I found a small table in the corner of the showroom to wait at. I was the only one of probably 15 staff and 10-12 customers that was wearing a mask. When I asked about masking an employee told me they were out of masks. I drove from there to Sam's Club about 4 miles away and they had cases of masks for sale so I don't understand why or how a dealership like Fairfield could be "out of masks". My spouse has a heart condition and I have family with depressed immune systems and felt very uncomfortable with the whole out of masks situation. Until this mess is over I guess I'll need to find another place to get routine service. It's a shame because I have been a customer for over 10 years, have almost all of my service work done there, and have purchased at least 6 cars from Fairfield More
