Non-Responsive Disappointed! My concern for a discolored headlight was disregarded. Since purchasing, I have noticed that within the driver's headlight it always a Disappointed! My concern for a discolored headlight was disregarded. Since purchasing, I have noticed that within the driver's headlight it always appears dirty, as if there was moisture within. I was told the assembly is vented and at times moisture within could be normal. It is not normal for a brand new car's headlight to appear cloudy or hazy within the light. It's as if there was moisture within the light that dried and streaked. I asked for this to be addressed twice. I was told because there was moisture in the air they could not determine if there is a problem, but yet acknowledging the cloudiness / haze within the headlight assembly. I do not see any other VW with this appearance, as I check about every VW I see. I told them this appearance never goes away. My car sits in a heated garage the majority of time. No matter what the headlight appears the same. This is NOT normal. I was told I would have to return when the weather was dry for several days. This requires me to drive 30 minutes one way to show them the same problem without change. More

Ink Pen with plastic spoon attached. Very disappointed that you have to use an ink pen that has old tape and a plastic spoon attached to it to sign papers. Spoke with three different employees and what a poor reason Not a good impression when you go into the service department and they hand you that ink pen spoon attached. It sure leave a poor taste and this may be a small thing but important to me that you cannot have a good ink pen at the service desk. I was in business 47 years and was happy when someone took a pen from the counter as that was good advertisement for my business. Pens are not expensive. More
Went in on Tuesday to buy a truck, asked the sales person how much it would cost extra to add power running boards and a spray in bed liner. He left to talk to someone and when he returned he told us it wou how much it would cost extra to add power running boards and a spray in bed liner. He left to talk to someone and when he returned he told us it would cost $4000 to install the running boards if they even made them for that model. 🙄 He also said he would have to get back to me about the price for the liner, it’s Friday now and still no call. We went there Tuesday to purchase, we are not tire kickers. Lol, they didn’t even have to talk us into buying the truck we were 100% ready. So, I’d like to thank Chris for showing us why not to buy from Fairfeild. More
I was not to pleased with last visit, asked for oil change and tire rotation they said they could not do the tire rotation because they did not have a socket big enough to fit my lug nuts that has swol change and tire rotation they said they could not do the tire rotation because they did not have a socket big enough to fit my lug nuts that has swollen a bit but as soon as I got home I found out that a 22mm socket fit them just fine. And to top it off I was given an estimate for 125.00 for new lug nuts when I could have bought them myself for around 40 bucks. Like I said I was not thrilled with the service this visit and could be my last. More
