2 for 2 oil changes with my $42k golf R and they got oil everywhere under my hood. I even went as far as to ask the service rep to ask the tech to be extra careful. However, upon receipt of my washed car, I discovered oil all over my timing cover, coil pack 1, valve cover, PCV and associated vacuum lines, engine cover mount, intake manifold, wiper cowl, expansion reservoir, headlamp and inner fender where it meets the strut tower.
