I bought my 2015 Ford Edge here the check engine light came on. I took it to a auto parts they did a free diagnostic. I told the sales agent what I was told was wrong. I will Never Return to this dealership. Very Shady people. The manager never wanted to hear me out. The staff delayed my car being repaired for no reason. I reached out several times to talk with the owner who then emailed me basically saying they “spent their own money to fix my car” so basically they didn’t want to hear from me or speak to me. I asked to go through Navy Federal Credit Union when purchasing my car and they said they would make it happen but I didn’t know at the time that I was supposed to go to the bank or call them myself and they k ew that but never mentioned it. We were there all day and close to closing time my family said we’re leaving and that’s when they rang us in and said that we finally got a deal and it was through Navy Federal but we found out when we got our first bill that it was through America First credit union, which is not what we wanted. I did go back and spoke with Joe-the General Manager, he said there was nothing he could do and he believed his people did the right thing so he basically took their side because he wasn’t there during the time of the sale not only that my car had so many issues and someone out in town knew my vehicle because she happened to have it and she said she immediately took it back because it had so many issues and she got into another vehicle so they willingly knew that this vehicle was messed up to begin with and still sold it not to mention my APR rate, rose triple the rate that I had when trading in my vehicle to them. This dealership commits fraud and takes advantage of military personnel because that’s what we are. We are a military family and they think they can get away with it because these military people are only here for a certain amount of time, so they just keep doing the same thing again and again and again because they think they’re never going to see them again because they leave so often. I will probably sell that new 2024 Chevrolet 2500 HD pick up. And go to Fallon Ford-Toyota for another pick up that isn't a dis appointment. Vehicle and dealership. I recently had my Toyota Rav4 Hybrid serviced at Fallon Ford-Toyota. They are by far better than both Toyota dealerships in Carson City and Reno.
