On a trip south to Yuma no other dealer in Reno or Carson wanted to help or try with westork me in. I called Kevin and he said he would check what he could do. This was on a Thursday. That after noon he called back and said I was in luck they had the part and they would see me on Monday, at 8:00 sharp! I was there and they fixed the DEF regen Hester and had me out by noon! What customer service! Derrida and Kevin should be praised for their customer service and commitment to Ford. Great dealership with a mostly friendly staff. Everyone but one employee was very helpful. when I had to do business with general manager Joe DeAloia my whole experience changed. He had the worst customer but one employee was very helpful. when I had to do business with general manager Joe DeAloia my whole experience changed. He had the worst customer service I have ever seen in life! He was Rude and arrogant the type of person you would absolutely hate to talk to and worse do business with. For someone who has been on the job 20 something Years and is quick to tell you that. You would think the would be better with people. But if thats who they let run things around there, that speaks alot about the company. I Would never go back or recommend this carlot to anyone. Ford yes! Joe DeAloia never again! More
