This my second purchase at Falmouth Toyota. Both times I ended up purchasing a former lease vehicle with low miles. My first Camry lasted 301,068 miles! And when the opportunity presented itself through Ken Collings to upgrade to a certified 2008 Camry, there was no hesitation on my part. And Ken made it so easy. I wasn't intimidated or coerced into something I really didn't want. I was encouraged to take the vehilce for a test drive and knew this was the vehicle I wanted. Ken was the most accomodating sales person I have ever met. Encouraged questions, explained everything clearly and very attentive to detail. When it came to the financial end of business, Amy Beth Killoran was outstanding. Never have I experienced such an easier financial transaction. Quick, thorough, and very professional. With both Ken and Amy Beth, I felt that they were as excited as I was about my purchase. It was like sharing good news with friends! More
Jim was a great salesmen. We visited Falmouth Toyota about 6 months before we actually bought. David Digravio was exceptionally helpful, even though we made it clear we were not buying that day. I have done business with Falmouth Toyota for many years with the service department. I had purchased a new 1999 LandCruiser from Hyannis Toyota. I was not happy with their service department and tried th with the service department. I had purchased a new 1999 LandCruiser from Hyannis Toyota. A big positive difference and I maintained that car at Falmouth Toyota until 2008 when I traded it in for the 2008 Infiniti QX56. I needed a large SUV and the LandCruiser had become and remains too pricey. I now needed a small, more economical SUV. The HighLander reviews were outstanding. I initially was thinking hybrid but it was unavailable and not worth the price difference. The Falmouth Toyota sales department was quite energetic, fair and personnable. All individuals that I met knew their job and did it well. I met and talked with Steve and Peter several times so I knew and recalled them better. John (?) was also helpful in explaining service and already lining us up for the 5K service in January. I doubt if I will be anywhere near that mileage at that time. Buying a car from Falmouth Toyoya was a pleasant experience and I know that the service will be exceptional. More
I went to see Ronnie after visiting 4 dealerships, and calling at least 10 more. He was recommended by a friend and I picked up my 2001 Limited 4Runner last night. He couldnt have been more helpful. I have been with Falmouth Toyota for at least 10 years. I have purchased my 3rd car from them and at my recommendation, my mother has also purchased a car. While I've always had amazing service at this dealer, I've never taken the time to write. The service, from the phone call to make the appointment, to welcome I receive and the time service takes to explain, to the people who give me a receipt, is impeccable. I have spent most of my career in client relations and service. I am very picky about quality service and this dealer gets an A+. They are professional, friendly and care about the customers they service. They build relationships. I spent the summer researching "non-toyotas" just to see the difference and if there was something else out there that fit my needs. I visited several dealerships and worked with many people. I ended up back at Falmouth Toyota. I worked with Ken Collings who I'd recommend STRONGLY if you need a new/pre-owned or leased car. He knows his product and explains everything in detail. He understands what it's like to be in the customer's position and worked with me to help me work out all the details I needed to work out to purchase my pre-owned PRIUS. I felt comfortable and that he was being straight with me about all details. I've been able to build a relationship with Falmouth Toyota and that is what will keep me recommending them and a loyal customer. It was good that I spent the summer looking elsewhere. It solidified what I already knew, there is no dealer who providess the quality service they do.... More

As a woman at age 68, I have purchased many vehicles, and have experienced annoying and patronizing attitudes from quite a few salespeople. In fact, I hesitate to walk into a showroom, knowing that I am lik have experienced annoying and patronizing attitudes from quite a few salespeople. In fact, I hesitate to walk into a showroom, knowing that I am likely to encounter such sales and management people. My experience with Falmouth Toyota was exceptional. I was there with a friend who was dropping her car off for service, and has always raved about this dealership. I entered the sales area, just curious to look at the 2011 Prius (I presently own a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid). I was introduced to Anthony Spagone, who presented all my options clearly and without pressure, listened to my list of car needs and wants, and was a pleasure to work with. After considering whether to purchase or lease now, I decided to wait until this time next year. I called to tell him, and said that I would appreciate being updated on any future incentives or news. Even though he didn't get the sale, he was very gracious and said he would keep me informed, particularly about the Prius plug-in hybrid, due out next year. I also observed the welcoming way my friend was treated in both the service and sales departments. I have no doubt that, as soon as I am ready to replace my car, I will call Anthony at Falmouth Toyota. More

Today (10/5/11) I visited Falmouth Toyota for perhaps the 6th time over the past four years or so. I am 45 years old, and I have no friends or relatives who work at this dealership. Nevertheless, in my opinon, Falmouth Toyota is the most amazing business I have ever encountered in any category. I hear many commercials on local radio, wherein the owner of Falmouth Toyota, Matt Murphy, touts his dealership's focus on customer. Many other busiesses pay for similar commercials. Falmouth Toyota, however, is among perhaps .000001% of business which publically commit to customer satisfaction that actually delivers. And it delivers to a degree which makes me pinch myself to make sure that I'm not in a make-believe world of some kind. I have numerous specific examples of outstanding customer service, and personal interaction with the Falmouth Toyota staff, particularly in service, that would fill several pages. All of it can be summmed up, however, by repeating that this is the most pleasurable and customer care oriented business I have ever encountered in my life. Bravo to Falmouth Toyota, and I hope that you all keep up the GREAT work. You are a true gem on Cape Cod, and a valued member of the Cape Cod Community. Oh, and thank you!!! More
