With a little time to kill before check-in at the hotel, we decided to still pull over, stop, and browse with a specific interest in two specific Toyota models. We were promptly greeted by Sales Consultant, Mr. Anthony Spagone. From the very beginning, Anthony knew that we were miles from home and the chances of us purchasing a vehicle from his dealership were quite slim. Nevertheless, Mr. Spagone was most friendly, courteous and professional as he reviewed the options and features of the new Venza and Rav4. He walked us through the sales lot, showed us the models we were most interested in, and then returned us inside to the comfort of the sales room where he answered any and all of our questions and concerns. We cannot say enough about both the friendliness and helpfulness of Anthony. As we discussed some of the ins and outs of making a new car purchase, Anthoy was frank and honest about the entire car buying experience. I can honestly say that he was one of the most pleasant car salesmen I have ever encountered..(and at age 65 I have bought many new cars and dealt with many different dealers and salesmen over the years). Mr. Anthony Spagone stands head and shoulders above the rest. We had intended to at least stop and finish our conversation with Anthony (two days later on our return trip back home back home), but unfortunately we had to depart earlier than expected that Sunday morning and the dealership had not opened yet as we drove by. We live three hours away from this Toyota dealership thus making a car purchase somewhat impractical. Were we within a hour's drive or closer, however, there is no question in my mind that we would be purchasing a new car from Anthony Spagone and no one else.
