Honest, accommodating service Unexpectedly my almost nine year old Prius didn't start one morning. Unexpected because this is the first time anything like this happened. They thought it might be the 12 volt battery and suggested I called AAA. I did. Once they gave me a jump start I drove straight to Falmouth Toyota. I obviously didn't have an appointment but they fit me in. I did need the battery replaced and I made it to work a short time later. This is consistent with all of my previous experiences.
