We had a scheduled appointment for service. Our employee brought the brand new truck there as scheduled. He sat there for 30 minutes and then was told, we don't have the part for the job! Horn, AC, and airbag recall work was done to my satisfaction. We also talked about a possible engine replacement on my 2007 Ranger. I told my service contact I had problems in the past with repairs that were poorly done or left incomplete so I held off on the engine replacement until they could prove their competency to me. Good choice. Before I could get my truck home, I had to pull over because SOMEONE LEFT MY HOOD UNLATCHED! Glad I didn't take the highway! They're good at some things but often ignore or forget the little things that make a job complete. I worked in the aircraft industry as a Tool & Die Maker for more then four decades and understand the devil is in the details. Apparently, they don't. No - I did not call them to complain. Why would I? they never listen. More
