Family Ford of Enfield - Service Center

I am very pleased with the way I was taken cars of right away. I called service and spoke with Jeremy about my vehicle sitting at another Dealership and how they had it for a month and a half and how they k away. I called service and spoke with Jeremy about my vehicle sitting at another Dealership and how they had it for a month and a half and how they kept telling me parts were on back order and they can’t do anything until they get parts. I was being told different things ever time I spoke with the service Department. I was tired of how I was being treated and can he help me. Jeremy said you get your Explorer to us and I’ll take care of what I can for you. So that day I arranged for my Explorer to be picked up and Delivered to Family Ford I called the next day and spoke with Jeremy and asked if he got my vehicle and he said yes sir and let me look at it and I’ll call you back and I said Thank You. Jeremy called me back later that Day and Said there gonna get right on it and do what it takes to get what it needs done Jeremy kept me in the loop the whole time about everything they were doing and every time parts for my vehicle came in It took Two and a half weeks to complete my vehicle and was done so by the timely manner that everything that came in was put in as it came in It’s very Satisfying that how quick Jeremy took care of everything for me as it came along. Considering how Ray Serraphan Ford told me they were doing things and waiting for parts. Which turned out that Ray Serraphan Ford was Lying to me the whole time Funny How Quick Family Ford and There Service Guy Jeremy fixed and completed my Explorer and it’s issues so Quickly I can’t say it enough how pleased I am with Family Ford and Especially there Service man Jeremy and how Quick and How he kept me updated with the whole progress of my vehicle. Very pleasant personnel in service department. Was assisted as soon as I walked into service. Female that waited on me was very pleasant and courteous. When servicing was done it was explained to me assisted as soon as I walked into service. Female that waited on me was very pleasant and courteous.
