Brought car in with transmission issues Some were resolved Transmission still shudders when going from a stop Waited week and a half for part Had to rent a vehicle to the tune of $1300 Asked abo resolved Transmission still shudders when going from a stop Waited week and a half for part Had to rent a vehicle to the tune of $1300 Asked about whether ford could assist w rental cost was told I should have asked up front. I didn’t have the presence of mind to do that at the time since car broke down on road and had to be towed to dealer and I was struggling to try an get a rental car Repair person knew I was renting. Would have been nice if he mentioned it at the time as a courtesy. Now I have to bring car back to have shudder addressed. Can’t afford rental at this point. Should have been addressed first time through. Very disappointed. More
