I’m appalled at the decline in quality of service and the lack of empathy from the “service manager”. The guy while is my service advisor (Ken, and also Agnes) are great but when having issues or question lack of empathy from the “service manager”. The guy while is my service advisor (Ken, and also Agnes) are great but when having issues or questions that need to go further the “service manager’s” attitude and blatant laughing at issues makes me no longer wish to do business with a company myself and my family have done business with for at least 27 yrs.
