The people were courteous enough. They gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car which was thoughtful . I was having transmission work done . I dropped the car off on Monday and They gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car which was thoughtful . I was having transmission work done . I dropped the car off on Monday and they diagnosed it. They had to wait for parts which came in on Thursday. They told me it would be a 9 hour job. I didn’t get the car back till the following Wednesday. In the process of fixing the transmission the mechanic accidentally broke off the connection to the solenoid and it could not be repaired because the connector was rusty. I had to pay for a new solenoid; in other words I had to pay for his mistake which didn’t make sense. They gratefully worked with my extended warranty company to cover most of the transmission repair and the transmission problem is resolved as of this submission. The courtesy vehicle picked me up at home and brought me to the dealership which I appreciated. The driver was wonderful . I’m surprised a dealership of that size does have loaner vehicles. As I was driving home I realized I forgot to use my AAA Membership to get a discount on the repair. More
