The sunroof motor went on my 2011 and the most recent ,my 2015 ! I only needed one motor not two .When I called I was quoted $775 for two motors by one of the ladies there . I to;d her I positively needed just one , so now she told me to male an appointment to be sure even though I knew for sure it was only one . When I dropped my truck off I was told they would call me first to let me know if that’s what it was . When I was called back by a gentleman I believe his name was Ken I was told to replace one motor which all it was would be $1,175 ! I told him I was quoted for two $775 . I was told they only had one motor and if I didn’t do it now it would not be done till December???????? I told Ken to put my truck outside and not to do it that I will pick it up because now this was xxxxxxxx ! I had to replace the motor in the first explorer I purchased from you and it was only around $500 ! So now Ken calls me back and tells me we can do it for $800’. I said No ! Then they came back with $700’plus tax ! I should not have paid that but felt I was at your mercy and gave the go ahead very very upset that this was negotiated and made me feel like I was a pigeon and got taken a shot at ! The rims on the truck have been decaying and should not be doing this ,so I asked Ken if there was anything Ford could do and without a hesitation said no ! When I was on line and many Ford dealerships we’re putting new rims on or taking care of them because this was a big problem, but not you guys .Also the driver side armrest on the door both seems ripped a little in the exact place on the 2011 and the 2015 . I asked about that and right away again was told NO , nothing can be done ! How do u quote me over 1,100 when that should have been no more than $500 ? And I get quoted for two motors $775 ? That’s called getting ripped off and taken advantage of . It was a Terrible experience,when I -urchased both trucks brand new from you ? I’m beyond UPSET .
