I took my 2021 Genesis GV80 for maintenance a month ago. I was told there was a recall on the seat belt which I was never advised in advance. When I picked up the vehicle my license plate frame and plates w I was told there was a recall on the seat belt which I was never advised in advance. When I picked up the vehicle my license plate frame and plates were bent, and my console trimming was scratched up. Once they worked on the seat belt the problem was solved temporarily. I took my car to have the repair done to replace the console trimming today and I advised them that I was having a problem with the drivers side seat belt detaching and inserting which was worked on a month ago. I received the call today from the dealership to inform me that they will not repair the seat belt under warranty because it appeared to be something sticky inside. I’m having a hard time believing their reasons because I wasn’t having any issues with the seat belt prior to them working on it. Also the loaner I received was extremely filthy and I literally had to clean and wipe the interior down. I didn’t ask for another vehicle because I was advised there were no other available prior to seeing the vehicle. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this dealership and I hope to resolve the issue considering my car was damaged. More
