I came in for a recall for my Sonata. Waited an hour and then was told they needed to order a part. The service is great at Family Hyundai. The problem is getting in touch with the tech rep. I left 4 messages over 5 hours before my tech rep returned the phone call. That's my only concern with Family Hyundai. They take the time to ensure that the customer is taken care of and their report for service is written out properly. More
